A mined diamond forms over billions of years underground. A lab-grown diamond is created in a controlled environment that replicates those same conditions — in weeks. The result is the same stone. We chose lab-grown because it lets us select for color and quality with intention, rather than by chance.

Yes. The colors in the Chancé collection are natural to the diamond — not surface treatments or coatings. Each color occurs when specific trace elements are present during the diamond's growth. Fancy Vivid Yellow diamonds, for example, get their color from nitrogen. Every stone is hand-selected for intensity and clarity.
